We are seeking strong candidates for local and state positions.

2026 may not be a presidential election, but it will impact the future of our state and county dramatically.  We will be electing:

• A new Governor of Michigan

• US House of Representative

• US Senator

• Michigan State House Representative

• Michigan State Senator

• Four Commissioners for the City of Mt. Pleasant

• School Board Positions in Mt. Pleasant, Shepherd, Beal City, Alma, Chippewa Hills

There are positions on many of the boards throughout the county that remain vacant or may become vacant between now and 2026. Participating in the local government remains one of the best way to gain political experience and affect positive change where you live.
