To preside at ICDP regular monthly meetings, and conventions, and to be fair and impartial in doing so. This person also liaises with the 2nd Congressional District Committee and the Michigan Democratic Party.

In the event of absence, disability, or death of the Chairperson, the First Vice-Chairperson possesses the powers and performs the duties of Chairperson, until the new chairperson is elected. The Vice-Chairperson must be a different gender of the Chairperson. The Vice-Chairperson performs other duties designated by the Chairperson and/or the Executive Committee.

The Current First Vice Chair is Ryon Skalitzky.

In the event of absence, disability, or death of the Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson, the Second Vice-Chairperson possesses the powers and performs the duties of Chairperson, until the election a new chairperson. The Vice-Chairperson performs other duties designated by the Chairperson and/or the Executive Committee.

The current Second Vice-Chair is Nicole Hagle.

The duties of the Recording Secretary are to keep minutes of ICDP monthly meetings and conventions; to record the names of members who introduce and second a motion; to archive minutes of ICDP monthly meetings and conventions; to take charge of documents belonging to the organization when requested by the Executive Committee; to sign official documents of the organization when requested by the Executive Committee; to conduct meetings of the Executive Committee in the absence of the Chairperson and Vice-Chairpersons. 

When a new Secretary is elected, the past Secretary must forthwith deliver to the newly elected Secretary the aforesaid items kept and preserved during his/her tenure of office.

This cycle, the Recording Secretary, Pat Heitman, created and maintained the meeting minutes and the agendas, and helped keep track of volunteers for the ICDP County Fair booth.

The duties of the Social Media Secretary are to maintain and regularly update all ICDP social media and website accounts; to assess social media analytics; to actively solicit social media and website content from Executive Committee and ICDP members; and to curate, schedule, and post social media content in appropriate social media channels.

The Social Media Secretary is the account holder of all active ICDP social media platforms. The Social Media Secretary has responsibility for security of accounts by maintaining passwords and access permissions.

The current Social Media Secretary is Miranda Ley.

The Treasurer handles oversees the financial receipts and disbursements of the organization, under the direction of the Executive Committee. The Treasurer must make financial reports to the Executive Committee as that committee so directs and must make them to regular monthly membership meetings. The Treasurer must complete and file campaign finance disclosure forms, according to law.

This cycle, the Treasurer, Steve Swaney, has done all of the above.
